When was the last time you expressed gratitude in your life?
Or does it always feel like, “There is nothing in the world to be grateful for! My job sucks, that trip to Barbados was a disaster… of course it was a disaster! 8 hours on the plane with a screaming baby two rows behind me… And then all those excited, cuddling couples around on the beach whenever I went… What do you want me to grateful for right now?!” and “Stop saying nonsense! I already feel like an idiot most of the time!”
Here are 4 scientifically proven facts that gratitude rewires our mind to happiness:
If we are always grateful, we open up and strengthen our happiness-producing neural pathways. What fires together, wires together!
So stop complaining, “These are very silly little boots and dress!”
Instead say, “Thank you Universe I look hot to date Prince Charming by the seaside bay right now!”
In addition, positivity influences our mental and physical well-being by attracting happiness in our life. By being grateful for everything you have in your life (yes, even the rain and your delayed flight) you become a powerful happiness magnet! What is your next wish?
Healthy relationships make us happy!
Gratitude rapidly attracts the life we want to live! So, stop saying, “I’m no good at anything. Not men. Not social skills. Not work. Nothing!” Okay?
Expressing gratitude to a loved one, or a friend… can lead them not only to pay it back to you, but to pay it forward too… Gratitude is contagious, but it’s not an epidemic to run away from!
Healthy relationships make us happy!
There are powerful meditations in the “Rapid Manifestation” program. I designed the program to rewire and heal the participants’ mind and transform their limiting beliefs into constructive habits.
A piece of advice as a Rapid Transformational Therapist:“““ always express gratitude first thing in the morning or before going to bed!
With love,
